1) We’re rooted in Goa (not just inspired by it)
Goa isn’t a theme for us. It’s the birthplace of the brand—and the reason our formulas feel the way they do. Surrounded by coconut plantations, we began with a simple question: Can coconut-based skincare feel premium, modern, and lightweight—without the heavy greasiness people expect?
That question shaped Turtle&Snail: a conscious, plant-based skincare ritual built on a Goa-grown foundation.

Goa’s coconut plantations are often family-owned. Rising maintenance costs can push landowners to sell. We work with local communities to source coconuts responsibly and pay fairly—so livelihoods and land can be preserved.
Our long-term aim: Support traditional coconut plucker communities and protect local craft systems.

Our name is a reminder: beauty shouldn’t cost the planet. We pledge 2% of profits toward turtle, sea, and honey bee conservation—because caring for yourself and caring for nature can be the same choice.
